Cielo has officially achieved ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for its Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS). Following a rigorous independent audit conducted by Zertia, the certification was awarded with zero Non-Conformities — a rare outcome that validates the maturity and trustworthiness of our AI governance framework. This achievement complements our existing ISO 27001 certification and demonstrates that our operational controls for our AI systems meet the highest global standards for responsibility and ethics.
